hi all...boyce,,,if they make 40k a yr, they can't afford to pay 1500 a mo for rent..realistically 300-500-800 a month is reasonable,,,what think ye all about that?

i love listening to your programs you share valid informatiom but i have a question does buying a condo/ co-op housing is a good investment? because not everybody can afford to buy a single home/ home especially in New York. thanks for sharing with us keep up the good work.

This is very valuable. We will have a second college graduate, and he will need to go into a masters and doctoral program, with his major. I agree with all of what you say. I'm just not sure if HE will be willing to return home. He is so anxious to know what having his own place feels like. He's the second oldest of 5 sons.
