Angela Simmons aligns herself with a wealthy African Businessman

Angela Simmons seemed to be having no luck when it came to the men in her life. She couldn’t find love with rapper Bow Wow, NFL player Julius Peppers or skateboarder Terry Kennedy. But things look like they are about to change for the better as the 27-year-old fashion designer, reality star and much more, has been spotted with a possible significant other and already the rumor mills are busy trying to find out more about the guy.
The couple was first spotted at a dinner date at Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood, L.A. Simmons was a pretty picture in a pale blue dress, a matching jacket and pink high-heeled pumps. Her ensemble had caught the attention of awaiting paparazzi and shutterbugs, until her date appeared behind her. The couple got in Simmons’ car (he rode shotgun) and left – soon after that the first pictures would hit news and gossip sites.
He has now been identified as 40-year-old Knowledge Katti, and it looks like Simmons has reeled in a big catch.
Bloomberg Businessweek reports that Katti is the founder and CEO of Kunene Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company that is based in his home country, Namibia. He’s also the executive vice president of Gyani Gold Corporation, an international gold exploration company.
Among Katti’s philanthropic pursuits is his The Knowledge Foundations which he created to help promote education and reduce poverty, both in Namibia and across the whole of Africa.
So far, no one knows how long the couple has been seeing each other. What is known is that about a month ago, Knowledge shared a picture on Instagram that appeared to have been taken at Simmons’ birthday dinner.
The caption read:
“#DearLife – I learn a lot from friends on a daily basis. Happy to have gatecrashed @angelasimmons dinner party and learn more from cool, young and hardworking women #angelasbdaytakeoverMIA #supercoolfriends #happybirthday #Miami”
Well, let’s hope Simmons’ restless heart has finally found a place it can call home.
