Jay-Z and Beyoncé Looking Into Purchasing A $120 Million Bel Air Mansion

Let’s face it – entertainers don’t live the kind of life most people live. With their fame and fortune, they have to be careful and mindful of where they spend their time and resources. Because of their status, they must be aware of everything happening around them. Remember, the more famous you are and the more money you have, the more people want to hang around you.

The dynamic and powerful couple, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have done well to keep their business off social media. Both are highly successful in their careers and because of their success, they must continually keep themselves protected from those who may wish to do them harm.

In addition to be successful in business, they are the proud parents of their daughter Blue Ivy and are expecting twins in June.

It’s been reported that the couple is looking to move from New York to Los Angeles. “The vast, six-building property at 454 Cuesta Way, Bel Air, could be the new home for the celebrity couple after they put a $120 million bid on the place, Page Six reported.

The Bel Air mansion has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and bulletproof windows. By the way, it’s a 30,000 square foot property with 10,000 square feet of outdoor living space.

According to the Daily Mail, “They won’t even have to step foot off the property, in fact: the space also has a media room and room for a recording studio, making working from home a cinch. There’s also a spa – with sauna, steam room, and hot tub – as well as multiple swimming pools and a 15-car garage. House staff also live on-site, in separate buildings.

Designed by architect Paul McClean, the home is being sold off-market with an asking price of $135 million. It’s not known if there are other bidders.”

The couple is already looking for a school for their daughter Blue Ivy.
