Dr Boyce Watkins and Rock Newman discuss solutions for the black community
If you feel that I am your leader, then follow me. Either way, I'm moving forward and leading by example. We are black leaders because, as men and fathers, someone black is typically following us
Either you are or you re not. If u really are u wouldnt be afraid to say it or consider yourself that. Keep the good financial advice coming and be sure u stay African.
@hop4ap7 - naw, I'm always going to be black. I'll give advice and information. I'll let others decide if I am a leader.
i really admire boyce for his financial advise. However i got beef with the fact that he doesnt comsider himself a black leader. The days of one exvlusive leader among us is over. if you are of good character and love our people and are willing to fight or die for improvement u are a leader! So financial advisor or leader doc? If u are not a leader keep to the finance leave the black stuff to us.
Awesome interview! I loved the way each of them broke down things that affect the black community. Not only did they show us how certain situations affect us, but also ways in which we can overcome these situations to be a better community.Thanks so much for this!
it's a very interesting interview. It touched a lot of important topics like how the Media perceive/interpret ypung black men that somehow has a big impact on why most of them are in prison, and How to inspire others to stand on their feet to rise up and be a Positive example.
@Bryanda I absolutely agree.
I think it was a great interview. Boyce touched on so many extremely relevant topics that affects the black community today. I also agree that when the black man rises the rest of the community will follow.
I really enjoyed this interview! Especially the part about self-preservation. Your personal story can give someone else the courage to keep going!
I respect Rock Newman a lot. This was a fun interview in a lot of ways
I think the interview was great. Dr. Watkins touch on some vital topics that can really fix the Black community. I appreciate his story of struggling because that's what I'm going through, it was a motivation for me. This is a great opportunity to listen and reflect on my future going foward.
