Does anyone here know anything about what is going on with Goldmoney??? I had an account with them for 14 years. Recently, when I tried to login, I could not. I had to jump on their blog just to get someone there to email me back. They wanted updated personal info, so I sent what they wanted. That was a month ago and I am still locked out of the account. They have responded once since, just to say that, if their verification team had any questions, I would be contacted. I am so worried about my money there. Can anyone reassure me that my money is safe with them???
Thanks so much for responding, Mish. We may be making progress resolving our issues, but very slowly. But it appears that some of our data as been lost in their system. However, our Relationship manager, is looking into the problem. I will keep you up to date. We are optimistic.
