Where was R. Pauls backbone on these issues during the primary?

I see Pelosi and Wasserman-Schulz voting as the reliable Republicans they are. And Bill Posey, the neocon that represents my district voting in favor with his two aforementioned pals. It's a shame everyone I know in the district would be against this bill, but will vote for Posey when he runs for reelection just because he's a Republican. Such is the state of America.

4th amendment took a hit today. americans have a right to protection against unreasonable searches. our founders were aware of the brittish entering a house and simply looking for a reason to prosecute and charge. well with this new FISA power that's a real concern.
