The next stage of fighting this virus is going to be tracking everyone’s smartphone, and seeing where people move and who they come in contact with. They have been doing this in China, Israel, and Russia. Now the US is looking at it. “They” have been able to do that for over 20 years. Every time a serious crime is committed google and cell phone companies are asked for data by police departments. Where have you been living? This isnt anything new.

The better way to track the spread is with drones and military satellites. Some companies can predict where the next outbreak will be within a week just by looking at data of all kinds. Location alone won't do it.
