Neale.....great meeting you and chatting in Philly at 1Life. My question is this: As the father of two young entrepreneur daughters (16 and 12), confidence and worrying about what others think can often be a hurdle for young girls. When and how did you overcome that hurdle? Best, Len G.

Great to meet you too. Those are the ages when peer pressure can really hurt. Let your kids pick out things they want to earn and save money for. They will be excited when they reach their goal. But you need to reinforce that they are not the stuff they have. They are the values you taught them. It's hard now, but it will sink in and that is the gift you have given them.
