This means that the Millennials are assuming more leadership roles in the workplace. Millennials face an uphill battle overcoming a string of infamous corporate scandals. Are they going to be led by the dollar or are "people" going to be their top concern? Millennials have been unfairly labeled "as being selfish" but in actuality they take the time and effort to understand the issues and not blindly followed established practices. A Pew Research Center study reported that they actually have a more positive future outlook than Baby Boomers did at their age, 49% of Millennials said that the country's best years are ahead as compared to 44% of Baby Boomers at the same age. I for one have faith that Millennials will become the next Great Generation, solving many of today's problems.
