Gibbs serves as the Program Coordinator for the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (EBV) and the Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE) programs at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. Gibbs previously served as an Advisor for IVMF's Veterans Career Transition Program (VCTP) where she assisted more than 1,000 military spouses and transitioning service members towards earning an industry certification. Prior to her work with the IVMF, Gibbs worked with active duty military and civilian budget analysts, financial analysts, and comptrollers, in the Defense Programs office at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. Gibbs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early American History from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master of Social Science degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
