If you’ve not seen the movie, Hillary’s America, you should see it. I just got through watching it. Very enlightening about the Democrat party. You can watch it for free on the Tubi TV smartphone app or on Amazon Prime.
I just finished watching it too. It made me sick to my stomach. It seem the Democratic party is the party of slave makers and crooks, not to mention deceit.
What was refreshing is how consistent the Republicans have been through the years. While there are plenty of them that have gotten corrupted too...they're still the more moral party. Trump was the only one that had the will to try to move things forward. We'd gotten stuck in a rut where neither party had the political will to truly move things forward and change things. Plus, these days, with super PACs and the Koch brothers, all of the other politicians are simply bought up for those people's agendas. It's why I voted for Trump. He was the only one they couldn't control. And it's why they hate him so much.
I MAY get a lot of flack for saying this ....that is why God chose Trump to lead us and he won....he is his own man, it is not about money. Need to listen to that movie.
Need to watch...correction.

It's about money in the sense of these guys contribute huge sums to the Super PACs and they're not doing it to be generous. They're doing it because they want something of equal or greater value in return. From the spiritual perspective, God almost always chose the people who would be unlikely to be picked in man's eyes. David, Paul, Gideon, Moses, Joseph, etc.
Your spiritual perspective is so refreshing and inspiring! Thank you!!
Thank you. I appreciate that. Well, the Bible's wisdom is so much wiser than our natural earthly wisdom that I've always got Biblical context rolling around in my head because I know God's thoughts/ways are higher than our thoughts/ways, no matter how smart we think we are. So I appreciate you saying that.
About Trump's personal fortune, he doesn't need to increase it if he doesn't accept a salary or does he give it to charity? I think he really wants to turn this country around. As far as the super PACs, right on.
Thanks...a giving man.
Yep, and he loves our vets. But yes, people don't really realize always what he's giving up to try to help our country. He had much less scrutiny as a real estate investor. And its likely that his real estate empire has suffered some due to him having to give the reins over and because of the negative publicity that he gets. So he likely earns less in income and its likely its hit his personal net worth some...and then he gives away his presidential income to boot. And yet gets tons of flack for it all. So you can tell he really does love his country that much if he's willing to take a financial hit and image hit over it.
Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there.
Personally I find shortcomings in both sides. And looking at certain ideals on both sides, I see some good as well. I tend to look at it from how it impacts the families and individuals with whom I interact - both rich and poor. My words don't do it justice; I suggest we read the whole chapter:

Agreed. But it is our job to be informed about those powerful people and to vote into office the correct ones and keep the bad ones out.
Awesome app. Been using it from long time.
