The S&P futures broke down on their (hourly) chart where I suspected it might (red arrow), where the selling kicked in formerly. And now, the price has broken back below its corrective (green) line and is headed back down. Since the near-term trend is downward, if it blows through those yellow arrow regions, the selling could intensify.
