Absolutely! The current trucker situation is somewhat reminiscent of home flippers during the early to mid 2000s when they believed the prices of homes would just keep going up and up and up forever. And then we all know what happened which resulted in quite a few of those home flippers lining up to get their day in bankruptcy court.
