Yeah, that's not something I'd use. I don't like the language of what that stands for. But yes, many market participants are still likely in "buy the dip" mode because "it's worked for them in the past" and they don't usually yet realize that the tide is likely turning.
I know. It is all too easy to be the last sucker in a buyer panic market. I have been there in real estate and stocks.
