Mark Perry from the AEI provides an interesting analysis of the forces of creative destruction and how this competition forces companies to adjust, or disappear. At the current rate of turnover, half of today’s S&P 500 firms will be replaced over the next 10 years! http://www.aei.org/publication/fortune-500-firms-1955-v-2017-only-12-remain-thanks-to-the-creative-destruction-that-fuels-economic-prosperity/
