Expert series contributor Sadanand Dhume of the AEI interviews Husain Haqqani. Husain is a former Pakistani Ambassador to the United States and the Hudson Institute’s director for South and Central Asia. He recently wrote a book "Reimagining Pakistan: Transforming a Dysfunctional Nuclear State," in which he calls for Pakistan to redefine itself as entrepreneurial and intellectual, rather than dominated by its army and animosity toward India.
